Developing Flow is about business, process, and technology. Business processes are what runs a business, how a business operates, and are often built out in flow charts and described as workflow. Salesforce has developed Visual Workflow, also known as Flows, that allow Salesforce Administrators to design, build, implement, and maintain business processes through a visual drag and drop interface. This blog is focused to helping admins and developers be able to build out business processes and develop them using mainly Salesforce Flows as well as different technologies.

Developing Flow 
I’m been trying to write a process Flow to copy the opportunity team members to a custom fields (user lookup) on the opportunity detail record, but I’ve been unsuccessful. Is this even possible?

Yes, this should be possible. I would recommend posting your specific question in the Salesforce Success Community, under the Official: Salesforce Workflow Automation group. The link to the group is below.
